About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced, dynamic Technology Team, reporting into the Development Manager, with the opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end development of platforms and products.
The Team Lead will drive delivery, innovation, growth and improvement within the team while ensuring that the customers remain the primary focus. You will play an integral role in leading the software development of products, including the design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging of programs for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based and internet-related tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the design, build, maintenance and deployment of the technology infrastructure to support BetMaker’s products.
- Lead and mentor your team in understanding their goals, roadmaps and key priorities throughout the development cycle;
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with other teams, managers or stakeholders;
- Use reporting, metrics and alerting to monitor and manage support for our products;
- Record and document solutions and processes to facilitate learning and improvement;
- Understand that failure is a learning tool and ensure mistakes drive improvement.
- Have a good working knowledge of cloud based solutions (GCP/AWS).

About YOU:
- 5+ years in Software Development and 2+ years of relevant leadership experience;
- Experienced in React, Typescript, Javascript, CSS and HTML.
- Have a desire to make a difference. Wanting to deliver outstanding results for our customers is what we strive for;
- Challenge yourself! Step outside your comfort zone and try new things;
- Being a Team player is a must as we work together and support each other to deliver amazing results;
