BetMakers’ reach extends to over 225 racing partners in 30+ countries on six continents. We have a significant presence in the Americas, Europe, and Australasia and over 440 employees stationed in offices and operational centres in Australia, the USA, the UK, Ireland and Sri Lanka.

We have a growing technology & operation hub based out of our energetic office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Australia

We have people and offices – including our group HQ – in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Newcastle.

Europe

Our teams cover all four corners of Europe, and we have offices in the UK and Ireland.

Acquired business and assets of Sportech Racing, expanding our global footprint and adding over 300 new team members and further evolving Global Tote US and UK.

In April, the TopBetta business was sold to PlayUp. BetMakers Technology Group Ltd was then launched in June. Australian-based DynamicOdds was acquired in the same month followed by Global Betting Solutions in July.

Acquired the assets of Melbourne-based racing and sports wagering Company, Mad Bookie Pty Ltd.

Launched Global Tote (UK) operating with an eGambling B2B wagering license.

Global Tote Australia established, operating as a wholesale business, including operating and licensing its wholesale tote product which enabled licensed wagering operators, including corporate bookmakers and tote operators from all over the world, to participate in global pools.

The company was listed on the ASX on 11 December, operating a retail wagering business offering consumers wagering, fantasy tournament and content products and services.

TopBetta was established by CEO Todd Buckingham and shareholders.

12Follow, which was started by Todd Buckingham and Craig Pearce, commenced providing expert racing and sports tips.
